Goat yoga is the hot new thing in the yoga world. Everyone in LA is talking about it, so I wanted to test out the new workout craze to see if it’s worth the hype.
It sounds crazy, right? You’re trying to relax, but there’s a goat on your back. How in the world does that help you?
Well, according to a study done on goat yoga, goats can help lower a person’s blood pressure. I’m not sure, but maybe it’s because you can’t stop laughing in the class. Trust me; I tried it and I couldn’t stop laughing. I don’t think it’s relaxing because all I kept focusing on is the goats on my back. I’m not going to lie: They were freaking me out.
