Hey Loves!
I am so excited to share with you guys some photos from my Baby Sprinkle.
The event featured 35 of my closest family and friends and took place at the Ivory On Sunset restaurant inside the Mondrian Hotel in Los Angeles. If you guys know me, then you know by now that I LOVE ME SOME THEME PARTIES!!! For this intimate event, I got inspired by the Dior Constellation at Galeries Lafayette in Paris.
I had my good friend Lisa from Love It Events, help me recreate the horoscope hot air balloon for each table with the help of brag designs. My son is going to be a Sagittarius (fire sign just like myself), so we tried to incorporate his sign on the balloons. Lisa also dressed up the tables with fun accessories like globes and baby decor.
For the flowers, my dear friend Saco Sarkissian from Petals LA who worked on this event from the start, brought the outdoor patio of the Ivory on Sunset restaurant to life with the most beautiful flower arrangements. He recreated the constellation vases with chic white flowers that ranged from roses, orchids and tulips. Saco also dressed the table with beautiful candles which has become his specialty.
For the cake and dessert table, I wanted to do something simple yet chic. We had Pastry Chef Ruben from Special Cakes LA create a cake inspired by the Dior hot air balloon. He also made cake pops disguised as a popsicle and marbled donuts. I had been obsessed with the popsicle cake pops and definitely wanted it for my event.
Many people ask me why I always go out for my parties. The truth is, I am Armenian and thats just how we roll. It’s something that my mother would do for me and my brother growing up and I love carrying on the tradition. I love life and feel so blessed. Life is too short and I believe it’s important to celebrate amazing milestones in your life. I am excited to welcome my baby boy in December and wanted to share my excitement with my close family and friends.
Before I take off, I wanted to thank you all for your love and support throughout my pregnancy on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. You guys have been supporting me from day one and I truly appreciate all your love. It keeps me going on tough days where I the pregnancy wouldn’t allow me to get out of bed or walk. THANK YOU GUYS!
More pics below that my good friend Kris Kan shot.
For the event I decided to do a different look. I had Kip Zachary beat my face with the bronze shadows and Carly Walters give me a fun bun with faux bangs.
